Cave Flow Garden Creations NZ 'Cave Flow' was designed especially for waterwheels. They can also be used as a stand alone waterfall without a waterwheel. Water can flow out of the cave into a pond. The sluce of the waterwheel is mounted in the mouth of the 'Cave Flow' and provides a flow of water to the waterwheel. When the waterwheel is run at a higher speed, water is flung up and trickles down the front of 'Cave Flow' and then back into a pond for an added effect. Flow is simply controlled by an inline tap hidden behind a rock hatch. 'Cave Flow' is created to suit 3 sizes of Garden Creations NZ Waterwheels. The 2 foot, 2.5 foot and the 3 foot waterwheel. Custom size's are available. A cost efficient option for 'Cave Flow' called a 'flat back'. This option reduces the cost if there is no need to have the rock shaped behind where you cannot see. Especially if you are positioning 'Cave Flow' against a wall or fence. The 'flat back' is constructed from marine ply with an access hatch. 'Cave Flow' is constructed using high grade epoxy fibreglass, H4 treated tanalised framing, marine and treated plywood of various thicknesses. Weight will vary in construction, approximately 30kg (Cave Flow 2). Easy to handle and position by 1 person. Custom Cave Flow sizes available. Several construction options are available: • 'Flat back' or fully formed rock. Flat back for a setting against a wall or fence. (see above/right picture) Fully formed back allows viewing from all angles. • Planting pockets. These pockets and deep pre-formed cracks allow planting with soil or fully potted plants to slot in as if they have always been there. • Formed features such as a face, symbol or a fossil from a leaf or fish bones can be textured into the rock itself. • Custom design size and shape to hide, cover or protect something in your garden. Such as plumbing, drains or a tree stump. • Colouring and "Pozi-tex" texture can be matched to a sample or chosen by you. • A hatch near the bottom on one side or at the back, allows access to valve/tap and switches.
